Return & Exchange Policy
1. No Exchange or Cash Refund
• Refunds are only issued in case the product is received damaged. The amount will be refunded 30 days after the damaged product is returned to us.
• If the payment was made by card, the refund will be transferred back to the same bank account.
• No refunds can be issued for cash-on-delivery payments.
2. Order Confirmation & Cancellations
• Once the order is confirmed and payment is completed, cancellations and refunds are not allowed.
3. Size & Alterations
• Orders are prepared based on the size provided by the customer.
• No alterations or repairs will be made after the order is confirmed.
